"Here at Mt. View Baptist Fellowship you will find a loving, welcoming, body of Christ that is committed to Worship, Discipleship, Evangelism, and Fellowship.
We are an autonomous body of believers that belong to the Southern Baptist Convention We are affiliated with the Color Country Baptist Association and the Utah/Idaho Southern Baptist Convention"
"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." 1 John 1:9 KJV
Utah-Idaho Southern Baptists stand against all forms of racism and white nationalism/supremacists. Racism and white nationalism/supremacists stand in opposition
to the biblical teaching and truth that God loves all people and is not a respecter of persons. We, as biblical Christians, are called to love all people. The
Southern Baptist Convention is the most ethnically diverse and largest evangelical Christian denomination in the United States and at our national annual meeting
in Phoenix this June voted 99.9% in favor of a resolution to stand against racism and white nationalist/supremacists ideologies. Through our Ethics and Religious
Liberties Commission ERLC.com we are working to eliminate racism and white nationalism with other Christian organizations. We are praying for those who have been
injured and those grieving over the loss of loved ones from the weekend tragedy in Charlottesville, and any other tragedies caused by ideologies like racism or white
nationalism. We pray for unity and peace to prevail in our nation. We also pray that God will turn the hearts of those filled with hate and anger into hearts drawn
to repentance and submission to God's standard of acceptance and forgiveness.

18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. 19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
24 And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.
8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.
9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
